GPRS APN on Droid 3

I am using Droid 3 in India - GSM Unlocked. The problem is I cannot use GPRS 2g/Edge Internet on my phone. The problem is in Wireless and Networks in the APN option, it does not show any Access Point. There is also no option shown to add new APN or edit the same. I have tried options like Global Mode/GSM-UMTS Mode but nothing works. Please guide. Thank you
