Got replacement phone, what's best way to transfer everything over?

So my Droid Incredible 2 stopped charging the other day (bad micro USB port). To Verizon's credit, they sent me a refurb phone without any hassle. The phone arrived today. What is the best way to transfer all my stuff to the new phone?

settings
texts
music
photos
call history
phone book
etc

Everything but call history and settings can be moved to your SD card then put in the new phone. There are some apps out there to backup your text messages.

You could also copy everything to your computer then to your new phone. Good luck!
