So I had to get a new phone through warranty. I was able to recover all contacts and music, But unable to retrieve my photos and videos? On my old phone if I would wipe it clean and reboot it, it was able to recover everything? Can anyone give me a step by step, See if I'm doing something wrong? Thanks

Goole a software named wandoujia and install it into your laptop,it can help you to export all your data you want to backup.

If your new phone is a Motorola, get the "Migrate" app from the Play Store, load it on both phones, and launch them. I went from a Bionic to a Moto X, and Migrate successfully transferred all my apps, my text messages (including pictures in texts), my music, photos, contacts, and even my phone log. It took less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed.
