I just got an invite (finally). I'm at the setup screen, should i use my VZW Cell # or get a new Google Number? Don't know which i should do.

Get a new number to reap all the benefits, otherwise you'll basically just be getting voicemail for your verizon number. Soon enough you'll be able to port your cell number to GV. In the meantime get the GV number.
