google voice getting gv aliert and text message alert?

so am i getting hit with a standard text message charge? i have 500 monthly but thought u could just use gv and not get a message sent to ur standard text account?

I dont have forward to my mobile sms checked....

Go to Google Voice in you computer's web browser, click on settings, click on Voicemail and SMS, make sure there is not a check mark in Send a text (SMS) message to:

This will stop the text (SMS) messages you are getting.
