Is anyone else experiencing problems where google voice doesn't work when trying to send messages over 4G? I haven't tried over 3G yet, but I wonder if this could be due to the IPv6 testing and all google related website/services is experiencing a problem. This has been ongoing since the weekend.

When I tried to setup my google voice account on the tbolt yesterday, it took forever and finally failed to logon. I was only able to successfully login to the app with my google account after switching to 3G manually.

Does anyone know when this issue will be fixed? I know that at xda they are teaching people how to work around the DNS issues, but it's very, VERY annoying that this device is constantly screwed up with new issues every week and verizon/htc is expecting the community to come up with solutions or "workaround" ways to deal with it. I'm rooted and I know I don't mind tweaking things, but hell... I bought this phone because I enjoy HTC products. This is the reason why even though I'm rooted, I'm still running stock. I didn't waste my upgrade and spend 300 bucks for a phone that stresses me out more than my gosh damn old LG chocolate touch...

Google voice just plain isn't working on my TB. I don't get calls and text messages. It doesn't allow me to call from voice unless i go into voice and make a call can't dail from voice under contacts.

Really annoying.

Hmm go to the web browser and try opening up google.com . Does it take forever to open up?

I've heard of google itself being slow or having problems over the cell network lately. Personally it's been working fine for me. There was a period where it would take awhile before I would get a google voice text but I wasn't sure if that was because I had just installed a new rom.
