Google Now Weather Card Issue

I'm running Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Nexus. Specifically, JellyBelly-2.6. When I launch Google Now the weather card always says California (which I have read is the default location Google uses). Does anyone know why Google Now wouldn't be able to find my location? I know the GPS is working because I am able to use navigation perfectly fine.

Is anyone else having this issue or know what my problem could be?

Thanks!

Okay. I'll go get a more recent version. It's weird that everything is working fine except for Google Now (it actually works fine... it just wont lock my location on the weather card). If I ask it what the weather it is find my location.
