There isn't a Google released app, but you can use the browser and view your documents. The interface is pretty good on the web!

"gdocs" in the Market. It is not a Google application, but it will sync your Google Documents to your phone. You will still need an application to view and edit your documents.

I can't figure out how to upload from my phone with Google docs or the website itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
