Google contacts vs phone contacts

I received my Fascinate yesterday and I'm a big fan so far.

One of the main issues, though, is that I have all of my Google contacts loaded along with my corporate and social linked accounts...but none are listed in the "phone" section of the contacts groups. In order to set ringers, etc. for my contacts, I need to create a new contact and then link the contacts together. There has to be a better way, right?

export an outlook CSV file from google and upload it to your BA on verizon's website.. worked like a charm for me..

Okay, I am new at this, what is a BA? I assume it has something to do with your Verizon account, but I haven't been able to find it yet. I was able to get the csv, now I just need to know where to upload it to. Thanks!

I believe BA is Backup assistant
