Google Calendar Syncing

I am having trouble getting the calendar to sync with my Google Calendar. I can go into the app, shut off syncing and calendar, then turn it back on and all is fine. But at times it just does not sync on its own. I have syncing on for Google and Gmail and others work fine.

How often should it sync?

I have a rooted Droid so my experience may be different. Open your settings, accounts & sync. Make sure the auto sync is checked.

Yesterday, a member had a similar problem -- the solution:
Power off
Power on
tap the sync button on the power strip.

Let us know how you correct.

I do have Auto Sync checked and up till a few days ago was working fine. I have also cycled it to be sure. I have Sync Contacts and Sync Calendar checked, as well as Picassa and GMail. If I manually Sync, all is fine.

I powered down and re-booted with no help
