Google ads on phone!! Annoying please help

I don't know where it came from, but I now have little ads that are running on the bottom of my screen like they do in some free apps that you get except these are running on all my screens. It does say brought to you by google but i have no idea how to get rid of them please help

Ok I figured it out, I just changed my rom from kangerade to cyanamod. I guess I had a script that blocked all ads and now I don't. That being said, how do I get that script back or where do I get an app that blocks ads? Thnx for your help
