going from JOP40C to JDQ39(Verizon)

I'm trying to manually update to Android 4.2.2 on MySid and when I used the root toolbox, it put JOP40C (4.2) on my phone. I wonder if anyone knows how I could get the new release with out flashing back to stock or flashing a couple different Android releases. Any help is appreiated in advance!
