Yes. Just be sure that you don't restore system data or anything like that.

Make sure you are either using the sd card form the Bionic in the Razr. If not, move the TiBu back up folder over via usb. Also if any problems, you may have to go in to the TiBu app and tell it where to search on the phone for the back up file. That's what I had to do on my Bionic.
