Going Back To Stock

OK I am rooted and running BAMF Sense 3.0 but I would like to know which ROM, kernel, and radio. I would like to have these on hand in case I need to return the phone to stock for warranty or returns.... any help?

Well did u keep the stock radio and create a back up of the factory rom before I flashed? I if so use those and I believe I should be fine
