Go SMS Default App

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to figure out how to make Go SMS my default txt msg app. I have read everything I can. When I go to Manage Apps under Settings to clear the default, neither Go Sms or my stock app are set to defaults.

When I click my stock app (hoping to see the choose app screen) nothing happens. I'm at a loss of how to do this. Is it even possible with the Droid 2? If so, steps?

Go to a contact, any contact. Hit the icon to send them a text. You should get the box to choose a default text application. Choose go and check the box.
