Go launcher Ex dock problems

Iv just downloaded go laucher ex and i find it very handy. The only problem is with the dock, for some reason wen ever click on the contact icon it says application not installed. Can anyone help me? It mite be a small problem but it is very fustrating!

Long press the icon until the menu pops up. Tap on Change Shortcut. Then tap Application. Then pick Contacts (Or whatever app you want) from the app list.
