gmail not working

So Im trying to send my pics from my gallery to my gmail from my phone so i sent it but it nvr sends it just says keep sending and im not getting any emails anymore i dont know why this is happening all of a sudden im wondering if anyone knows how to fix this

Check your gmail outbox on your phone. There may be a message stuck in there. If so, delete and try again. Otherwise, phone settings > applications > manage applications > menu > filter > all > gmail storage > clear data
