Gmail contacts gone after ICS update?

In gmail, on my pc, when I look at "My Contacts", there are 123 entries. Most of which have pictures. Before the ICS update, whenever I added a new contact on my PC, it would show up within a few minutes on my Rezound. Since ICS, the new entries are NOT showing up. I have gone into

Settings
Accounts & Sync
Google

and attempted to "sync", to no avail.

Any help?

Try doing a "clear data" on gmail. If that doesn't work you might have to do a full factory reset, which is actually better for the phone after a major version upgrade like GB to ICS.
