gingerbread using romer?

hey, as the tittle says, is it possible to get gingerbread on the droid 2 global by using the GRD romer? im just curious so yah

My understanding is that th gb update modifies hardware settings. The rommer works by modifying files. I would not try flashing the gb from another pfone unless you are looking for a paperweight

Ahh dont say that! I would truly love a new update for this phone! I was on fission and got sick of some features that werent there. So i then switched back to blur. I just want a new updat

Well its been like 2 weeks or more since they released the DX and D2 GB. NO love for us
