Getting rid of old info

Is there a program that can get rid of old app information on my phone sd card? The bits and pieces that are left behind. Thanks

What about a re-format of the disc, after copying anything you wish to save first.
Maybe inserting it in a PC to copy/save/format, then re-format to the phone, then reinstalling what you copied to the PC to retain what you didn't want to lose from the disc? HTH.
