Getting into android

I've been using my HTC Eris for 2 years now, but didn't fully appreciate it's value until 6 months ago. Now I use it constantly between work and home. But it seems with every new app I download it has trouble keeping up and it's force closing apps a little too often. So this weekend I'm planning on upgrading to a Droid 4, Rezound or Razr (possibly MAXX). All that's left is to stop by a store and test drive each one. I've been lurking around for a couple months while researching and just wanted to say thanks to everyone for being so helpful.
