Getting ICS Rollout

Is the ICS rollout still happening slowly? Thought I would see it by now. I guess my question is, at what point should I be concerned?

Have you tried to update your phone or have you been waiting for them to send the update to you?

Try going to settings, about phone, updates. This should pull it down for you.
If it doesn't, soft boot the device, hold volume down, and power until the phone turns off.. then try it again.

I've been going to phone-updates but so far nothing. I've had to soft-boot a lot lately (stuck in DROID loop) but haven't done so in the last few days. I've been leaving my phone on because i'm afraid I might not be able to reboot. Will try that.

After having reboot loop for 4 hours finally managed to get a stabilized system. Checked the phone updates, only to get message that "Check for update not available at this time. Try again later." Any idea here?

It gives everyone that message from time to time. Typically, it has to do with server maintenance on Motorola's end of things. Give it another shot later on.
