I am trying to add my name to my droid X, having no luck looking on my phone is there an app or another way to add my name?

I am trying to put my name on the swipe screen (security screen) its has the date and time then this phone belongs to (it's blank)

I have honestly never noticed it said that. That on the stock rom I assume?
