generic battery charger with oem battery?

I saw that the oem motorola battery charger doesn't work with the droid x battery. I saw a bunch of generic ones on ebay... anyone use these to charger their oem battery?

Yes I use one. I bought 2 non moto batteries and it cam wiyh a charger. I charge my oem motorola battery with it all the time with no probems.

i bought the external battery charger and 2 batteries for like 8 bucks just for the wall charger lol

well I did have issues with a generic one. It was a generic car charger that at first worked with the x. Charged fine then all of a sudden it just stopped. Everytime I plugged it in I got a message that said it wasnt a valid motorola battery. I use the stock wall charger and it works fine.

Not a huge deal I got it for free.

There's another option. I got mine the other day, and it works like a charm. Plus, the Engrish on the product box is funny and entertaining.

Does yours take a long time to charge? I've only had it a few days, so I'm still testing things out. I noticed it's only 0.15 amps, so I guess slow charging makes sense. Supposedly it's better for the battery - I don't know.
