Where's the best place on the web to download gameboy or and snes rims? And can I download them straight to my phone?

I've always used doperoms.com and yes you can download them to your computer then put them on your SD card

or using the internet on your phone just download them directly to your phone

So I can download them straight to my phone from my phone? Do I have to turn the safety off in settings the one that allows me to download non market items?

Search for ROM gripper on the marketplace.
