I am going to post a disclaimer before providing any further information. The moderators may decide that this specific post violates the terms of this site. I do not think this is so as I did not see any 'pirated' software; I will abide by their decision.

I found the emulator rom at SlideME | Android Community and Application Marketplace. Slideme has a free Android app "SlideMe Market" which I installed on my Droid 3 and my OG Droid. From the SlideMe Market app you can search for emulator roms. The emulator roms, both 'free' and paid versions, available on this site include, but are not limited to:
  • Tiger Game Boy Color
  • Tiger PSone
  • N64Oid
  • Gameboid
  • Ataroid
  • GearOid
SlideMe.org does not contain game roms, however, from the SlideMeMarket app you can download the app "DroidEmuROMGet". With this app you can search and download game roms. Depending on which game emulator(s) you use and your settings, you may have to 'force' a search after the individual game roms are downloaded so that the game emulator can locate the individual game.

I am not a hard-core gamer. I have a few easy games on my OG Droid for my 3-1/2 year-old grandson. I test them on the Droid 3 to ensure they are the appropriate level and content for him.

Enjoy,
Bob

It works! Come to think of i guess it didnt ever noot work. I just couldnt get roms. The snes one doesnt work. I just had it confused in my head. But, you still helped me achieve what i've been trying to achieve! Now to get the snes one to work... anything?

Don't use Tiger GBC its all been ripped off of Yongzh's Gbcoid! DOWNLOAD THAT!

Disclaimer: I have no vested interest in either emulator or any game rom producer nor have I attempted to compare the merits of one over the other.

I did a Google Search and could not find any information supporting your claim that Tiger GBC is a ripped off of Yongzh's Gbcoid. Can you please provide an appropriate reference to this?

During my search I found an article from May 29, 2011 titled "Google's War on game console emulators continues"[h=2]that states the following about Yongzh's emulators; "but yongzh has simply moved all of his apps to SlideME, a third party app store for Android which should work with most phones except for a handful of devices on AT&T’s network which are incapable of installing non-Market apps (without at least jumping through some hoops)."[/h]
And "Some folks allege that the problem may be in the way yongzh used open source software to develop his apps without complying with all the terms of the original license."

There was no specific naming of Tiger emulators in the article.

This article can be seen at "emulator - mobiputing"
