it is already a fact that you cant buy retail and moto maker on att, we will have to wait and see for verizon, i wouldn't expect any change.

Im planning on purchasing it on att without contract and i knew about 3 month exclusivity that att put on moto maker. It seem like it going to be december.

As att of launch on friday, didnt allow regular att users to customize from go based on android site.

You was right att doesnt allow customization to off contact. Wtf was ceo thinking? **** that then I rather go with evil verizon and droid ultra or maxx.

it has nothing to do with the 3 months, the system will not let you purchase it unless you are buying the phone @ in plan cost.

I know the moto maker for verizon and sprint. Will come in effect 3 month from now.

You cant buy it without contract on att or no moto maker. That why i said **** that. I rather buy a phone without contract so yea. Plan b is getting droid ultra or maxx at least it will be 5 inches and not smaller due to on screen button.
