Galaxy s5 dual sim

Can anyone confirm for sure that the galaxy s5 sm-g900fd will work with two 3g gsm Sims. Read somewhere that some s5 had one sim slot locked to cdma.

I don't think that is a dual sim phone. It looks like that model will be the Google Play Edition of the S5.
