Galaxy S4 buffering issues using You Tube

Is there any remedy for the constant buffering issues I'm experiencing when trying to watch you tube videos?? It's very annoying. I've looked for answers on Google and it seems to be a common issue with this phone. My HD is turned off and I have good internet speed when im using wifi or 4G LTE. My carrier is Sprint

I would assume your problems are network related, and not phone.
Since you are using the network to play Youtube videos, your network latency may take a hit depending on loading of that specific tower, and time of day.
I doubt phone issues are the problem, as a stock phone such as yours would have more than enough memory to properly display any Youtube video.

Try the test at different times of the day and night, maybe one attempt late, like 11PM, that should give you enough of a metric to base your expectations against.
