The AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active just started getting an OTA update to Android 4.3 yesterday. We have reports of the update weighing in at 772MB. The new build is version I537UCUBML2. There's still no official changelog, so feel free to comment in the thread and let us know what changes you see beyond just the obvious ones.
