So I have followed the first sticky and installed the Verizon Wireless Driver 1.4.6 and my device is recognized in ADB. However, it constantly is "offline". I have rebooted my computer after the install, rebooted the phone, turned usb debugging off and then on again, and it still says its "offline". I have a Droid X also plugged in and without a hitch it is ready for development. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
