FTP + Tunneling?

Hello. I've been looking around for an application that can create FTP connections. The kicker is, that my needs are such that I need to be able to tunnel through another remote machine when creating the connection.

While I am currently using AndFTP for other servers, I was wondering if anyone knew of an application that can create FTP connections through tunneling another machine.

Although in the interest of security, I would probably only use SOCKS 5
