From Squidly back to Stock (why?) :((

I got a new Droid Bionic and my wife took my Droid 2. Unfortunately she wants stock so she can get all the upgrades that I couldn't get before. I was wondering if I could use a backup I did just before flashing Squidly to restore to stock.

Thanks

That should be fine, but i strongly suggest flashing an sbf if she plans on using the Droid 2 completely stock (no root, etc). Flashing an sbf, in my opinion, gets rid of some headaches you may encounter with unrooting/then updating.

Flashing sbf's is easier than ever courtesy to 1kds. See the ezsbf sticky in the "droid 2 hacks" section.

Does flashing an sbf unroot the phone too? Does anyone have a link to one if I go that route?

thanks for the quick reply.
