fresh apex install, market wont open

droid x .340 sbf'd. Rooted, installed latest apex rom. I have no issues otherwise. However, everytime i try to open the market, it pops up Attention:
An error has occurred. please Try again later.
then it closes when u click ok. any tips for this?
Also, where can i find the stock navigation app? I cant find it in the removed apps zip on rubix's page on these forums. Please help me asap, it is my friend's droid x lol.

First thing to try is to clear data/cache in Market:
Menu> Settings> Applications> Manage Applications> all tab> Market
force stop, clear cache, clear data
Then try again.
