Freezing when on the Internet

Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this? I did a search but couldn't find anything on it.

I purchased a 16GB and a 32GB. The 16GB is fine but the 32GB kept freezing when I went on the internet or checked my email. I went to the Verizon store, they tried a new sims card but it kept freezing. I sent it back and received another 32GB and after a day it is starting to do the same freezing. :serious::sad-b:

After some experimenting I think the problem with Facebook Moblie view. :serious:
