So i have my Razr setup for facial recognition to unlock with backup pin in case lighting isn't good. it's been like this since i've gotten it and i set these features up immediately. and god, i've had maybe a year or so? and it keeps doing this randomly, when face id fails and i enter pin or exit face id and enter pin due to bad light or whatever, it likes to freeze on the pin screen mid pin typing or as i hit enter and then reset. it's been doing this since i had it and i've just learned to live with it, however with the new software update (which i hate the new spell check and typing **** that came with it) it's happening almost all the time now. Is there a fix for this? because ive wanted to ram my phone through so many pieces of furniture lately it's not even funny.
~PS, I love my phone when it works, but I hate tech bugs. Like they piss me off more than comcast customer service.
