Freezing Hotspot

I am interested in freezing the Mobile Hotspot app because I keep finding it running. Does anyone know the name of that app so that I can have TB freeze it. I am unable to find one simply called Hotspot.

As Far As I Know After Froyo They've Incorporated It Into The System. No Longer Able To Freeze/Remove It.
