There used to be some apps in the play store, but they only offered older songs. Google play music & Amazon music both offer free music downloads each month, but there aren't any "legal" apps that we can suggest, that offers free music downloads.

There are a lot of legitimate sites out there that offer free music. It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it beats breaking the law anyday.

I heard it's some kind of Chinese software, you can search it in Google with keywords like"Music Spy 音乐间谍", my friend copy that name for me
