Eh, I got a Mac and I use Safari. I like the one comment someone made that if you're still on IE6 you deserved to get hacked.

Now I'm not wishing this on anyone, just found it amusing. It is partially true, nobody should still be on IE6.

The entire company I work for (thousands of people, aircraft manufacturing) use XP and IE 6. Since Ive worked here I used Firefox Portable either on my external HDD or a thumb drive. I refuse to use IE.

same here. XP and IE6 is standard. although gmail is blocked, that's not to say that people aren't using this combo.

i suspect that users still holding on to XP may even still be using 6.

For anybody still using windows 2000 computers ie6 is the newest version ms will give them.

I know of a lot of windows 2000 computers still in service in the midwest here.

That is probably why Gmail no longer is accesable from IE^.

I have IE6 at work and I can go to any website but gmail doesn't work, and I still get my gmail emails to my blackberry so i think google is trying to protect us IE6 users.

Come on IE6 though who cares lol if you use a gmail account and your on this forum you either use ur phone for gmail or your knowledgable to even know what windows update is. I run windows 7 and google chrome so im safe
