You can level up any of your player cards with either point or experiance earned through winning games. That the only way to get the endurance up on the pitchers

How do you level them up? The whole player card system is not explained in the tutorial.

You have to go to the very first page of the game. The first option is game start and the second is card shop. Go into the card shop and you will come to a menu that gives you the option to level up
