Is anyone is willing to recommend a font that looks great and is easy to read? Just switched over to lithmod and love it!

i use comic, but i've always felt this subject to be a matter of personal preference and with that in mind i suggest you use Absolute_System go into goodies management closer to the bottom of that list is the option to d/l and install fonts with a wonderful preview pane.
