Folders stop working

I have setup folders on some of my home screens to keep my apis organized. Every now and then, when I touch a folder to open it, it won't open. The only way to get it to open again is to turn off my phone and turn it back on. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Every so often this happens to me, twice actually. The only way I can get the folder to open is to do a complete reboot.
Don't know why it does this, but at least the reboot works and it hasn't been an ongoing issue.

It happens to me 2-3 times per week. How many folders do you have on your screen where it happens and what apps/widgets?

I've got the wireless and gps switches and about 12 folders.
