FM Radio after jb

My FM radio app that I believe I got from xda is not working I tried uninstall and reinstall even tried wiping the cache is this some thing motorola blocked on jelly bean?

There are a couple of different FM radio apps. I had one that didn't work and found another (I think it was from Droid4 IIRC) that works on JB ROMs. I haven't tried it on the OTA though.

Motorola/Verizon disabled FM access in JB update, same as on Razr I.
