flashing sbf file

I'm using RSD Lite to return my D2G to its stock settings, but I can't seem to get it to work. The program recognizes my device, but when I choose the sbf, it doesn't give me the option to start. Why? Help, please.

Okay, I got it to start, but now it says, "Unable to retrieve initialization values from INI files."

Not sure what that means, but make sure your SBF file isn't corrupted. Check the size of it and then check the site you downloaded it from. Or just download it again and start over. You do have to open the file (unzip maybe, I've forgotten) and place the file with .sbf in it on your C:/ drive in most cases. If you don't put it on the root of C:/ it most often won't find it.
