Flash was discontinued for mobile devices. Unless someone has a backup of the flash player app, you're out of luck. Even then, no guarantees it'll be perfect considering how outdated the app will be.
first, chrome won't support Flash, so you need a browser that does, like firefox (there are others, if you've a preference). next, flash for android isn't officially available, so you'll need to fetch it unofficially (and you'll need to allow unknown sources to install it). here's one such link: Dev-Host - install_flash_player_ics (14).apk - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service
in firefox's settings you can choose whether plugins activate immediately, or whether you'd like to tapa placeholder to activate them
Adobe has dropped Flash on mobile devices and has removed the app from the play store. They haven't stopped updating the app though....you just need to download it from Adobe now...
Is the "archives" of older versions of flash. Scroll down and find the latest version for Android 4.0. You'll also need a browser that supports the flash plugin. The stock browser does, Chrome does not.
Also check the page every so often as they continue to post updated/newer versions.
I DL'd mine from somewhere and I believe I still have it on my hard drive. Some guys here already provided you links for it so you should be good. I'm using Dolphin browser btw.
