Flash Issue

I'm wondering if anyone else is having an issue with flash. I have 4.7 Rom and installed flash. The video seems choppy when I watch. I usually run at 800Mhz but I still have the issue at 1000Mhz. I read on another forum that it may be the ROM but I was hoping for some feedback before I try something else. Thanks in advance.

There are so many variables here. Yes your ROM is impostant, as is clocking, what kernel, what data your using, what video your watching...

I mean on 3G you are surely going to have choppyness issues if watching a video or a full episode, and even though it is much faster on wifi, I still find it to be choppy. Flash is very memory intensive.
