Fixed the thunderbolts reboot issue now back to no service

After the reboot fix my thunderbolt has been going to 3g to 1x. I have to reboot my phone just to pick up 4g for an hour or so then it will start with the 3g 1x thing. I can't even stream a video from youtube and I'm lagging a good bit. I'm not rooted Help anyone?
