While I have not personally experienced this on my Galaxy S6 many of you have found that your battery life is slipping after rooting your Galaxy S6 with CF-Auto-Root. There is a way to fix this pesky issue. To fix this all you have to do is wipe your phones dalvik cache! The process is pretty simple.
1. Power of your Phone
2. Press VolumeUp+Power+Home until you have entered stock recovrery
3. Use Volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" use power button to select
4. Reboot
This will not wipe your data so you won't have to worry about losing all that progress in your favorite game!
