Use locking pliers and a hair dryer. Apply a little gentle pressure on the compression tabs with your locking pliers (vise/mole grips) then apply a little heat to the area from a hair dryer for a 30 seconds or so. Allow to cool (5 minutes should do it) Repeat on other side. And you now should have a nice snug fit that's about right. Too tight now? No problem. Just use the pliers to apply pressure in the opposite direction and repeat the process. I had to do this twice to get it to where I felt it was right. Hope this helps and solves some of the complaints I've been hearing.
