First-time Android :D

Hey

Alright so this is my first time using android (Getting my Droid Razr tomorrow) I've used Motorola before and loved it, moved to LG... it stinks never going back I'll stick with Moto for a while
If anybody knows of an app that I can use to limit bandwidth on my phone tell me about it plz

I'm from Canada and ya I'm ready to take on an android

Welcome to the forums! An app to limit band with? To be honest I don't know if such a thing exists. Wi-Fi is what is going to save you data usage but other than that I don't have an answer for you.
